Dr Nora O’Donoghue is a highly experienced Consultant Dermatologist at Salford Royal Hospital. She previously served as a consultant at St Mary's Hospital, Imperial College NHS Trust, London, where she was the skin cancer lead. Dr O’Donoghue has extensive expertise in managing a wide range of skin conditions, including skin cancers, inflammatory skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and urticaria, as well as the treatment of hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).
Dr O’Donoghue completed her specialist training at St John's Institute of Dermatology, Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital, London. Her training also included a short secondment to Yale University, Connecticut, U.S.A, and she holds a master's degree in medical education from Imperial College, London.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr O’Donoghue is an honorary senior lecturer at Manchester University Medical School. She is passionate about dermatology education and is dedicated to training the next generation of medical professionals.
