Mr Tulley is a highly esteemed consultant plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgeon. He specialises in all aspects of cosmetic surgery, with particular expertise in surgery for facial palsy and breast reconstruction.

Mr Tulley completed his plastic surgery training at Mount Vernon Hospital, where he served as a research fellow at the RAFT Institute of Plastic Surgery. In 2001, he was awarded an MD by the University of London for his groundbreaking research into the use of gene therapy for the treatment of malignant melanoma.

Further enhancing his expertise, Mr Tulley undertook specialist training in microsurgical reconstruction during fellowships in Taipei, Taiwan, and Toronto. His main areas of interest include facial palsy, breast reconstruction, and a wide range of cosmetic surgery procedures.
