Dr Peter Szlosarek is a Clinical Senior Lecturer and Consultant in Medical Oncology at the Barts Cancer Institute (QMUL) and St. Bartholomew's Hospital. He trained in London teaching hospitals and was awarded a PhD degree in translational cancer medicine from the University of London.

Dr Szlosarek's post-doctoral work focuses on the role of abnormal metabolic pathways in cancer. His main clinical interests are in melanoma, lung cancer, and mesothelioma, with a particular emphasis on targeted drugs and metabolic and immunotherapeutic approaches.

Since his appointment, Dr Szlosarek has been dedicated to advancing the treatment and understanding of complex cancers. He is highly skilled in diagnosing and treating lung cancer, melanoma, and mesothelioma. His expertise includes the use of cutting-edge medical tests and treatments to provide personalised care for his patients.
