Mr Sandeep Bahia is a highly respected vascular and endovascular surgeon based in the UK. Originally from Kent, he completed his medical degree at University College London and subsequently trained in prestigious units across London and the South East. In 2018, he was awarded a PhD from St George’s, University of London, for his research on cardiovascular risk. Mr Bahia has an impressive academic portfolio, having published over 25 peer-reviewed papers and presented his findings at both national and international conferences.
Mr Bahia currently serves as the Clinical Director for AAA screening in Kent and Medway. He is also the Vascular Surgery Research Lead, Aortic Aneurysm Lead, and the KSS NIHR CRN Vascular Surgery Research Lead. His roles reflect his dedication to advancing the field of vascular surgery and improving patient outcomes.
Specialising in aortic, carotid, and lower limb disease, Mr Bahia has a particular interest in the minimally invasive treatment of venous disease. He offers consultations and treatments at London Bridge Hospital, KIMS in Maidstone, Kent, and Blackheath Hospital. His expertise ensures that patients receive the highest standard of care for a wide range of vascular conditions.
