Mr Srdjan Saso MRCS MRCOG DIPM PhD is a consultant gynaecologist and gynaecological cancer surgeon at Imperial College NHS Trust. His practice focuses on diagnosing and managing a wide range of gynaecological issues in women of all ages, with a particular emphasis on treating gynaecological pathology, both cancerous and non-cancerous, in young women who have not started or completed their families.

Mr Saso's expertise includes managing conditions such as fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, menstrual cycle problems, and pelvic pain. He specialises in both complex benign and cancer surgery and utilises ultrasound for diagnosing gynaecological pathology. His clinic offers a one-stop service, providing consultation, ultrasound scans, colposcopy if required, and a management plan, including surgery, all in one visit.

In addition to his clinical work, Mr Saso is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Reproductive and Developmental Biology, Imperial College London. His research interests include gynaecological surgery, cancer and non-cancer, the diagnostic application of ultrasound, fertility-sparing surgery, and oncofertility. He is also interested in the role of artificial intelligence and technology in gynaecology, particularly in relation to machine learning and ovarian cancer diagnosis, and the application of biomedical engineering in the field.

Mr Saso is a co-investigator and part of the UK Uterine Transplantation team. He also serves on the Scientific Board of the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, contributing to global efforts to improve women's health.
