    Prof. Stephen Robinson is a highly esteemed endocrinologist specialising in all areas of endocrinology and diabetes. He holds a consultant position at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, where he also performs part of the General Internal Medicine (GIM) on-call duties. Prof. Robinson has a particular interest in medical problems during pregnancy, diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, and pituitary disease.

    Prof. Robinson's medical journey began at Caius College, Cambridge, followed by Westminster Medical School. His post-graduate training was primarily conducted at St Mary's Paddington, now part of the Imperial Academic Health Sciences Trust. He was a Medical Research Council training fellow before being appointed as a consultant and senior lecturer at Imperial in 1994. With decades of experience, he has developed a profound expertise in both endocrinology and general internal medicine.

    In addition to his clinical roles, Prof. Robinson has made significant contributions to specialist working groups at the Royal College of Physicians and Obstetricians. He is actively involved in the confidential enquiry into maternal health and serves as the Chair of the Thyroid Cancer Tumour Working Group.

    Prof. Robinson is also dedicated to medical education, contributing extensively to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. His excellence in undergraduate teaching has been recognised with an award from Imperial.
