Dr Sunil Pullaperuma is a distinguished specialist in paediatric neurodisability, practising in both the UK and Sri Lanka. He has extensive expertise in managing children with complex neurological conditions, including developmental delay, developmental regression, cerebral palsy, autism, learning difficulties, complex epilepsy, and ADHD. With over 10 years of experience, Dr Pullaperuma is proficient in administering Botulinum toxin under ultrasound guidance for treating spasticity in both upper and lower limbs in children with cerebral palsy.

Dr Pullaperuma has held significant roles at prestigious institutions. He has worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London and has led the Multidisciplinary Neurodisability Service at Imperial College Healthcare. Additionally, he heads the Botox service at Imperial College Healthcare, formerly known as St. Mary's Hospital, London.

Beyond his clinical duties, Dr Pullaperuma is an Examiner for the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. He also serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Child Health at Imperial College School of Medicine, where he is actively involved in teaching medical students and doctors pursuing paediatric postgraduate training.
