I am an experienced radiologist in the practice and theory of all aspects of clinical radiology; general radiology, mammography, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, (ARSAC licence holder), ultrasound (non-obstetric) and non-vascular interventional radiology.

I am experienced in all aspects of breast imaging techniques both symptomatic including all the breast cancer follow up and GP referral and National Health Screening Service (NHSBSP), needle localisation under both mammography and sonomammography.

Stereo taxis FNAC, mammography or sonomammography core biopsy including vacuum assessed mammotome, on erect and prone table. In October 2003 I started to provide radionuclide sentinel node biopsy.

From June 1995 to October 1998, I was Lead Clinician for the breast service at Mount Vernon and Watford Hospitals NHS Trust. During this time I developed the Symptomatic Breast Service and achieved both regional accreditation for quality and health authority cancer designation for the unit.

I am a member of the North Thames Regional Nuclear Medicine Group and the London Breast Screening Radiologist Quality Assurance Group.

I have been a radiology clinical tutor since 1990 and undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching on a regular basis.
