Dr Tom Saw is a Consultant in Sports and Exercise Medicine with over 15 years of experience in the field. He completed his medical training at Cambridge University, followed by Basic Surgical Training in the East Anglia region. Dr Saw then worked as a Hip Research Fellow for Richard Villar before obtaining postgraduate qualifications in Sports Medicine and completing a shortened GP rotation in the Oxford region.

For the past 15 years, Dr Saw has specialised in the management of back and spine pain, with a particular focus on spinal injections. He has undergone further training in the United States and Holland to master specialist pain management procedures.

Dr Saw has extensive experience working with Premiership Football teams, treating players with lumbar issues. He has also supported the GB rowing and para rowing teams in the last three Olympiads. Additionally, he is a PGA accredited doctor and has supported the PGA European Tour in the Middle East. He sees patients for lumbar and hip pain at his practices in the UK and Dubai.

Dr Saw consults at the Princess Grace Hospital in London, the Blackberry Clinic in Oxford, and the Up and Running Clinic in Dubai. He works with a diverse range of patients to manage their pain and improve their quality of life, regardless of their activity level.

In addition to his special interest in spine and hip pathology, Dr Saw performs joint-sparing techniques for patients with osteoarthritis. These include injections of PRP, prolotherapy, hyaluronic acid, and radiofrequency denervation to alleviate hip, knee, shoulder, and ankle pain.
