r Suresh completed his undergraduate training and initial cardiology training in India. He was awarded his MRCP in 1998 in London. He obtained his CCT after intense postgraduate training in general and interventional cardiology in South-West of England.

Dr Suresh is accredited by the British Society of Echocardiography since 2001. He performed research on stem cells and myocardial infarction in Wythenshawe Manchester and was awarded his MD in 2008.

He was appointed as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Plymouth Hospital NHS Trust in 2009.
