Dr William Teh is a Consultant Radiologist and Clinical Director of Cancer Services at Northwick Park Hospital. He is also the Director of Screening at North London Breast Screening, Edgware Hospital. A specialist in breast disease, he undertakes imaging and interventional procedures on patients. He is also one of the most experienced MRI breast interventionists in the UK. He is an acknowledged expert in breast MRI and MRI guided vacuum biopsies of the breast. His expertise extends to the complete range of minimally invasive procedures currently available, including the first tomosynthesis (3D) guided vacuum-assisted biopsy in the UK.

Dr Teh qualified from the University of Bristol in 1988 and undertook radiology training at Barts and The London NHS Hospitals. His sub-specialty breast imaging training was undertaken at Nottingham Breast Institute in 1997. His research in ultrasound and biopsy techniques include image-guided vacuum excision of benign lesions.
