Ms Yasmin Milne is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist and pilates instructor. As a sports athlete who benefited from a focus on injury prevention and pilates, she believes that the combined skills of physiotherapy and pilates offers a holistic approach with strong patient outcomes. She has a demonstrated history of working with a variety of case types, including elderly patients in care homes, injured athletes and private practice patients with neurological conditions.

Ms Milne's personal sporting experience as an International Junior level sprint hurdler and hockey player fuels her passion towards sports-specific rehabilitation. She works with athletes to prevent injuries and aims to help them achieve their goals and compete at their highest potential. As a pilates instructor, she has pursued certification and successfully completed APPI Matwork Levels 1, 2 and 3.

    My interest towards physiotherapy comes from a passion of wanting to help others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. My background across multiple competitive sports and Pilates teaching fuels my interest towards sports specific and Pilates-based rehabilitation.
