Mr Abhinav Gulihar is an esteemed orthopaedic surgeon practising at Kings College Hospital NHS Trust in London. He specialises in shoulder surgery, including shoulder arthroscopy and replacement, as well as surgery of the elbow, wrist, and hand. Mr Gulihar is dedicated to evidence-based clinical practice and employs the latest techniques in his procedures.

He completed his specialist orthopaedic training in East Midlands and Kent, Surrey, and Sussex, and further honed his skills with a fellowship at the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre. Additionally, he undertook the European Arthroscopy Fellowship and has travelled extensively across the USA and Europe to learn from other experts in the field.

In his NHS practice, Mr Gulihar manages both routine and complex conditions of the upper limb. His areas of expertise include minimally invasive surgery, rotator cuff repair, shoulder stabilisation, and the treatment of conditions such as tennis elbow, shoulder impingement, and shoulder instability. He holds a Masters research degree in Orthopaedic Engineering from Cardiff University and an MD in research into joint cartilage from the University of Leicester.
