    About Ms Charlotte Pilgrim

    Place of primary qualification: University of Southampton

    Charlotte qualified as a physiotherapist in 2010 from the University of Southampton and currently works as a Physiotherapist at Pure Sports Medicine, St Paul’s in London. Her areas of clinical interest include oncology physiotherapy, back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgery, rehabilitation, lower limb, back and neck and post cancer rehabilitation.

    Charlotte has completed APPI Pilates Matwork Level 1, 2 and 3 and has been teaching locally for the past four years. She worked at West Ham United Football Club, The Holly Private Hospital and Pilates Instructor at Orient Physiotherapy before joining Pure Sports Medicine.
