Dr Donal McLornan is a distinguished Consultant in Haematology and Stem Cell Transplantation at HCA UK at University College Hospital, London. He specialises in Haemato-oncology and Stem Cell Transplantation, with a particular focus on Myeloproliferative Disorders, Myelodysplasia, and Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. Dr McLornan has been a pivotal figure in the field since his appointment in 2009.

Dr McLornan's expertise extends to leading the Myeloid Disorders MDM across South East London and participating in the NCRI MPN working group. He currently chairs the MPN subcommittee of the Chronic Malignancy Working Party of EBMT. His clinical trial experience is extensive, serving as Chief Investigator or Principal Investigator for multiple trials in Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN).

His clinical interests include Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation, Haematological Medicine, and Immuno-Haematology. He treats conditions such as Acute Leukaemia, Myeloproliferative Neoplasms, and Myelodysplastic Syndromes, and performs procedures like investigations of cytopaenia.
