Dr Silber specialises in general neurology and provides expert consultations for various neurological conditions, including headaches, dizziness, vertigo, tremors, seizures, and fainting.

    One of his primary areas of interest and expertise lies in the management of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) and other inflammatory conditions. He established the Regional MS Service at Kings College Hospital and a satellite service at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of individuals with MS. Dr Silber's dedication to advancing MS care is evident through his involvement in clinical research and his role as a lead investigator in several trials for novel therapeutic agents, including monoclonal antibodies and oral therapies.
