Dr Fu Siong Ng is a consultant cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He also serves as a clinical senior lecturer in cardiac electrophysiology at Imperial College London.

Dr Ng graduated with distinctions from St. George's, University of London. He completed his training in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology at Hammersmith and St. Mary's Hospitals in London. He earned his PhD from Imperial College London and furthered his research with a postdoctoral fellowship at Washington University in Saint Louis, USA. Upon returning to the UK, Dr Ng assumed a consultant and clinical senior lecturer role at Imperial College London. He is accredited as a cardiac electrophysiology specialist by the European Heart Rhythm Association and is a fellow of the European Society of Cardiology.

Dr Ng is an expert in cardiac electrophysiology and heart rhythm disorders. He performs catheter ablation procedures for a variety of arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation, atrial tachycardias, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), and ventricular ectopy/tachycardia. Additionally, he implants cardiac devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, loop recorders, and biventricular pacemakers (CRT).

Dr Ng has a strong interest in clinical research, focusing on understanding complex arrhythmia mechanisms and developing new technologies and treatments to improve patient outcomes. He leads several translational research projects, including first-in-human clinical studies on low-energy atrial defibrillation.

Dr Ng has been serving in his current roles since his appointment, bringing extensive expertise and dedication to his patients and the medical community.
