Mr Haitham Hamoda is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at King’s College Hospital, London. He has been serving as the clinical lead for the menopause and premature ovarian failure service at King’s College Hospital since his appointment.

Mr Hamoda's clinical interests include infertility, assisted reproduction, polycystic ovarian syndrome, gynaecological endocrinology, management of fibroids and endometriosis, gynaecological scanning, and miscarriage. He is highly skilled in both minimal access and open gynaecological surgery.

He qualified in 1994 and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Aberdeen. Mr Hamoda completed his subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, and he has been on the Specialist Register for Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Reproductive Medicine) since 8th February 2011.

Mr Hamoda has published extensively in his field and is actively involved in ongoing research projects both locally and nationally. He also teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Mr Hamoda is a member of several professional organisations, including the Medical Advisory Council for the British Menopause Society, the British Fertility Society, the European Society of Human Reproduction, the Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare, and the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy.
