Dr Jenny Epstein is a paediatric gastroenterologist and paediatric endoscopist based in West London. She has been a full-time NHS consultant at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital since 2009.

Dr Epstein completed her medical training at Chelsea and Westminster, King's College, and The Royal London Hospitals. She has also gained international experience through fellowships at l'Hopital de l'Archet in Nice, France, in 2001, and at Boston Children's and Massachusetts General Hospitals in 2007. In 2010, she earned a PhD in mucosal immunology from Queen Mary University London, where she investigated the effects of curcumin in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in children.

Dr Epstein has extensive clinical expertise in a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions and procedures. She is particularly skilled in paediatric endoscopy and colonoscopy, holding a 'Train the Trainer' qualification in these areas. Her areas of expertise include childhood nutrition and nutritional rehabilitation, inflammatory bowel disease, eosinophilic oesophagitis, complex allergic gut disease, and coeliac disease.

In her role at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Dr Epstein is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for children with gastrointestinal disorders. She is passionate about the role of diet in managing conditions such as Crohn’s disease and is committed to advancing the field of paediatric gastroenterology through both clinical practice and research.
