Frequently asked questions
What are the common symptoms that your patients tend to present with?
The most common symptoms would be general musculoskeletal pains, such as joint pains, tendon problems, osteoarthritis & sporting injuries.
What are the treatments that you're able to offer your patients?
I offer a musculoskeletal ultrasound to diagnose problems and referral for further imaging including MRI scans. Treatment options would include ultrasound-guided injections and extracorporeal shockwave therapy are probably the two main ones. I also make referrals for appropriate rehab therapy.
What are your areas of sub-specialist interest?
I enjoy seeing all types of patients across the spectrum, both young and sporting and older patients with chronic joint or musculoskeletal pain, and can offer appropriate investigation and treatment options which are non-surgical to help improve pain and function.
