Frequently asked questions
Why do you do what you do?
I have always been passionate about health and fitness so to be able to instill confidence in patients as well as help them back from injury to pursue their activities and have a better quality of life is always a great feeling.
What are the treatments that you're able to offer your patients?
I have worked in a variety of physiotherapy environments including elite football and have attended many courses that allow me to treat people with manual, soft tissue and taping techniques. Having also a degree in Sports Science and diploma in personal training helps me to combine manual therapy with patient tailored rehab programmes to improve both fitness and strength to meet their activity requirements.
What are your areas of sub-specialist interest?
I have a keen interest in general lower limb rehabilitation having played football myself in the past. This involves hips, knee and ankles. I also like to treat shoulder injuries. I do love a tendon or bone injury rehabilitation as well as any post-operative patients.
