Dr Polychronis Pavlidis is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Physician at King's College Hospital in London. He also sees patients privately at the HCA The Shard and The London Bridge Hospital. Dr Pavlidis earned his medical degree from the University of Thessaly, Larissa, Greece, in 2006 and completed his post-graduate training in London and the South East of England. He also serves as the Clinical Governance Lead, focusing on delivering safe, evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs. Dr Pavlidis leads a translational research programme funded by major national bodies and charities, aiming to advance stratified medicine approaches in chronic gut inflammation. His research has been published in high-impact journals and presented at international conferences.
