Dr Rosy Jalan has been a consultant radiologist at Barts and the London for the past 10 years. Over the past 5 years, she has been the lead clinician in musculoskeletal radiology and running a service with 3 other consultants providing secondary and tertiary service to large orthopaedic and rheumatology departments.

Dr Jalan undertakes all forms of complex diagnostic imaging involving MRI, CT and ultrasound scanning. She performs image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures such as biopsies and injections. Her particular interest is in sports injuries and she is part of a multidisciplinary team for all forms of sports injuries. Dr Jalan has developed the area of musculoskeletal imaging and runs multidisciplinary clinics with musculoskeletal specialists. She provides core teaching in radiological techniques to post graduates and sports medicine specialists and is on the faculty for the MSc in sports medicine at Queen Marys University.
