Professor Sarah M Creighton is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at University College London Hospitals. She also sees patients privately, including at The Portland Hospital.

Professor Creighton has a special interest in paediatric and adolescent gynaecology, as well as acquired and congenital genital abnormalities. She is also an expert in colposcopy. Her patient base includes individuals with common issues such as teenage menstrual problems and contraception, as well as those with rare and complex congenital anomalies of the genital tract.

In 2000, Professor Creighton established the African Women's Clinic at UCH, dedicated to women affected by female genital mutilation (FGM). She is deeply committed to improving healthcare for women in the UK affected by FGM and is actively involved in its prevention. She frequently lectures on this important subject.

Professor Creighton treats a variety of conditions, including heavy periods, amenorrhoea, and irregular periods. She is also highly skilled in adolescent gynaecology and performs colposcopy procedures.
