Dr Sayam Dubash is a consultant rheumatologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He manages general rheumatological conditions and leads specialist clinics in psoriatic arthritis, spondyloarthritis and connective tissue diseases.

He has expertise in musculoskeletal ultrasound and nailfold video capillaroscopy for the assessment and management of inflammatory disease. His clinical interests include musculoskeletal and autoimmune problems and the different forms of spondyloarthritis.

Dr Dubash qualified at the University of Bristol in 2004. He completed a research MD at the LIRMM centre, investigating disease mechanisms and treatment response in spondyloarthritis, and holds a postgraduate certificate in medical education.

He leads a research team and established a rheumatology clinical trials satellite site to improve community access to research. He is principal investigator for trials involving Sjögren's disease, psoriatic arthritis and spondyloarthritis, publishes and reviews rheumatology research and teaches students and doctors. His team received the NASS patient choice award for ankylosing spondylitis care.
