Mr Thomas Hester is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with extensive experience in the treatment and management of foot and ankle conditions. He specialises in ankle fractures, ligament injuries, cartilage damage, heel pain, and sports injuries. Mr Hester sees private patients at the Harley Street Specialist Hospitals and London Bridge Hospital.

Mr Hester earned his primary medical qualification at the University of London and subsequently achieved his Masters at the University of Brighton. He completed his orthopaedic training on the South East London Training Programme and was awarded a British Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society fellowship. This fellowship provided him with advanced knowledge and experience in complex foot and ankle trauma. He further honed his skills through fellowships in Toronto, Calgary, and Guys and St Thomas' Hospital.

In 2010, Mr Hester was appointed as a Consultant at Kings College Hospital. Since then, he has been actively involved in the medical education of undergraduate medical students, sharing his expertise and passion for orthopaedics.

In addition to his clinical practice, Mr Hester is also dedicated to research in his specialty. He has authored numerous articles published in medical journals and has developed an app called 'surgical Instruments' along with an online training module. His commitment to global health is evident through his participation in the Broken Earth Medical Mission surgical team in Guatemala, a non-profit group providing international medical assistance.
