Dr Thomas Britton is the senior neurological consultant at King's College Hospital, the Regional Neuroscience Centre for South London, Kent, and East Sussex. He completed his undergraduate training at the University of Cambridge and Westminster Medical School, later specialising in neurology at the National Hospital Queen Square, Guy's Hospital, and the Royal Free Hospital.

Dr Britton undertook basic neurophysiological research in movement disorders and tremor at the Institute of Neurology London and the Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf. His research earned him the MD prize from the University of Cambridge. Since then, he has developed a broad clinical practice covering all aspects of clinical neurology.
