An award-winning Consultant Neurosurgeon, Mr Ahmed Ibrahim is currently the lead consultant for spinal tumours (metastatic spinal cord compression) and is actively engaged in improving treatment for spinal patients at Queen’s hospital. After neurosurgical training, he took up a coveted spinal fellowship under Prof Michael Fehlings in Toronto, Canada, where he acquainted himself with all aspects of spinal conditions, including specialised training in minimal access spinal surgery (keyhole).
